This California Privacy Notice ("CCPA Notice") supplements the information contained in the Privacy Notice and applies only to visitors, users, and others who are residents of the State of California. Our Purposes for Collecting and Using Your Personal Information

Our purposes for collecting and using personal information include the following:

  • Providing our services to you and providing related customer support, communications, and security.
  • Customer service, to maintain and service products and accounts, confers training for quality assurance purposes, and performing similar activities.
  • Transaction processing, to process or fulfill orders and transactions, verify customer information, process payments, verify eligibility for promotional benefits, and perform similar activities.
  • Policy enforcement, including enforcing our Terms of Service, acceptable use policies, anti-spam policies, and similar policies.

Retention

Exercising Your CCPA Rights

California residents may submit CCPA requests themselves or through an authorized agent. CCPA requests are subject to verification measures that vary based on the type of request made and the sensitivity of the information request. We may ask you to provide certain information to confirm your identity in our records. If you authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may require the agent to provide proof that you have given the agent signed permission to submit the request and we can verify the agent's identity and authority to act on your behalf.

California Shine the Light Disclosures

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows visitors to our sites and users of our services who are California residents to request, once a year, certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. To make a request, please send us an email at support@softwarediscountusa.com with “Shine the Light Request” in the subject line.

Notice of Financial Incentive

We may offer our customers loyalty and other incentive programs that provide certain benefits, such as rewards and special offers. Also offer other promotional campaigns, such as sweepstakes, contests, or limited-time promotions collectively, “Programs”. When you sign up for one of these programs, we typically ask you to provide your name and contact information (such as email address and/or telephone number).
