Refund Policy
*Digital Download products are made available for download immediately upon completion of your order. (Pre-orders will begin at a specific time and date.)
Please note the following:
• Customers are required to inspect software items immediately upon receipt.
• Customers ARE responsible for their own purchasing decisions.
• All item prices are final at the time of purchase.
• Software licenses, media, and downloadable titles are NOT refundable (non-refundable) upon receipt. Before a refund on the software can be issued, adequate troubleshooting must be attempted with our support team via chat or email.
• Software at SoftwareDiscountUSA.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge a re-stocking fee of 20% for any items returned after 7 business days.
- Under certain conditions, (such as customer error when ordering, wrong card delivered) or an error in the ordering process, refunds/returns/replacements are available for purchases in our online store. Please contact us to determine eligibility for refunds and returns. Refunds are only processed when we receive an unused item. This process may take up to 24 hours after the sale.
- Due to the nature of the product (digital download), refunds cannot be given immediately, 24 hours is applied to ensure the item has not been redeemed by a previous customer. It may take 5 to 7 business days time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Replacement cards of equal value to the card initially purchased will be provided.
- Returns will be accepted provided the product is in its unused state and can be sold. Being a digital product, returns will be checked to ensure the product code has not been redeemed. Unused products will be issued a full refund.
- You acknowledge that if there is an account issue, the customer will be given details of the appropriate service to contact. This must be done by the customer, not our customer support agent.
- Refunds can only be authorized within 60 days of purchase.
