SDUSA+ Membership Terms

SDUSA+ is an optional paid membership offered by SoftwareDiscountUSA.com ("SDUSA", "we", "us"). These terms explain how the membership, its free trial, and its automatic renewal work. By adding SDUSA+ to your order and clicking "Complete Purchase", you agree to these terms.
Membership benefits
- 10% off every order placed while your membership is active.
- Additional member benefits and priority customer support.
Free trial
Your SDUSA+ membership begins with a free trial of 30 days from the date of your order. You are not charged the membership fee during the free trial.
Automatic renewal and billing
Unless you cancel before your free trial ends, your membership automatically continues and the payment method you provided at checkout is charged $19.99 every 30 days. Your membership renews automatically for successive 30-day terms at the then-current price until you cancel. Applicable taxes may apply.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. To cancel, contact us at (888) 299-7641 or support@softwarediscountusa.com. Cancellation stops future membership charges. Cancelling during the free trial prevents any membership charge. Amounts already billed for a current membership period are not refunded except as required by law or under our refund policy.
How you authorize charges
By adding SDUSA+ to your cart and completing your purchase, you expressly and affirmatively authorize SDUSA and its payment processor to charge your payment method the recurring membership fee described above, on a recurring basis, until you cancel.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms or the membership price from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law.
